  Thallus with plane to concave 0.3–1.5 mm wide round or oval soralia that are slightly raised above the thallus surface and either remain discrete or, occasionally, coalesce. Usually sterile.
  Occurs in north-eastern Qld; grows on the leaves of shrubs and trees in lowland and montane rainforest. Also in West Africa, India, SE Asia and Malesia.
