ORIGIN: Anigozanthos 'Pink Joey' was first found amongst a large stand of A. flavidus of mixed colours in the Margaret River area in 1965. It was first propagated for cultivation by the Waneroo Wildflower Nursery.
DIAGNOSIS: This cultivar differs fron A. flavidus in its small stature and pale purplish pink flowers. It usually only grows to ca. 500mm tall.
NOTES: This cultivar is well suited to almost any soils though does best in an open position.
