The ASBS Newsletter appears quarterly keeping members informed
of Society events and news, and providing a vehicle for debate and discussion.
In addition, original articles, notes and letters (not exceeding ten published
pages in length) will be considered. The first newsletter was published
in March, 1974.

Contributions should be sent to the editor at the address above.
They should preferably be submitted as:- an unformatted word-processor
or ASCII file on an MS-DOS or Macintosh diskette, accompanied by a printed
copy; as an unformatted word-processor or ASCII email file, accompanied
by a fax message reporting the sending of the file; or as two typed copies
with double-spacing if less than one page.
The deadline for contributions is the last day of February, May, August,
and November.
All items incorporated in the Newsletter will be duly acknowledged.
Authors alone are responsible for the views expressed, and statements
made by the authors do not necessarily represent the views of the Australian
Systematic Botany Society Inc. Newsletter items should not be reproduced
without the permission of the author of the material.
Advertising space is available for products or services of interest to
ASBS members. Current rate is $100 per full page, $50 per half-page or
