Nuremberg engraver Sturm was the son of Johann Georg Sturm, also a Nuremberg engraver. Jacob Sturm was the most famous engraver of natural history publications in Germany at the end of the eighteenth and beginning of the nineteenth century.
Engraver for C.GaertnerÝs Supplement to De Fructibus et Seminibus Plantarum (1805-1807). Jakob Sturm was a major engraver for Deuschlands Flora during the 1800s.
