TYPE:   "King George's Sound." [given by J.E.Smith, Trans. Linn. Soc. London 9 (1808) 259 as "found by Mr. Menzies at King George's Sound."].
COMMENT:   Index Kewensis gives J.E.Smith in Trans. Linn. Soc. London 9 (1808) 259 which is not cited in Rees' Cyclop. and may be of later date. Base name for Mirbelia cordata (Smith) E.Pritzel.
