Corporate Sponsorships
A range of corporate sponsorship opportunities are available associated with events, special activities and new developments at the Gardens.
Gardens Memorial Seat Patronage
A gift in memory to the life of someone special is a thoughtful way to pay tribute to a loved one while providing support to Gardens. Memorial seats may also be set up in recognition of a special event or occasion such as a wedding or birth.
Bequests
As an individual, group or organisation everyone can provide a lasting contribution to the Gardens.
Friends of the Australian National Botanic Gardens
The Friends of the Australian National Botanic Gardens was launched on the 14th October, 1990. Their aims are to continue to increase community awareness of the scientific, educational, recreational and conservation functions of the Gardens and to continue to provide activities for the benefit and pleasure of their members.
The Public Fund of the Friends of the Australian Botanic Gardens
The Friends of the Gardens have established a Public Fund which aims to attract donations to finance worthwhile projects within the Gardens.
Volunteering
There are many opportunities for volunteers to be involved in the work of the Gardens and, in general, there are no pre-requisite qualifications other than an interest in botanic gardens and their work. The Gardens provides training for volunteers related to the tasks with which they are involved.
