Description:
Adult leaves: lamina 10-20 cm long, 1.5-2.5 cm wide. Umbels 3-flowered; peduncle 3-8 mm long. Operculum 2-4 mm long, 3-5 mm wide; hypanthium 3-4 mm long, 3-5 mm wide. Fruits 5-8 mm long, 5-9 mm wide.
Common name:
Mountain Gum.
Distribution:
Occurs from the central tablelands of N.S.W. southwards through the southern tablelands including the Australian Alps, westwards to The Grampians, Vic., and in eastern Tas. Grows in sandy to clay soils on upper slopes in mountain forest.
