Elizabeth probably collected MEL specimens (as 'Miss Fereday') (algae) at Tamar River, 1865.
Elizabeth's mother, Susan Fereday, and her father also collected MEL specimens.
In 1878, Elizabeth married a bank manager, Charles Thomas Brewer (1848–1941), and they had eight children.
Elizabeth died in Sydney in 1927 aged 78.
