I am currently the Collections Coordinator at the Australian National Herbarium. I oversee the day to day running of the collection including the Loans & Exchange Program and the Volunteer Mounting Program and I am also involved in aspects of the curation, mounting and data entry of herbarium collections for such projects as Australia’s Virtual Herbarium and Water for a Healthy Country.

My research interests are in the family Amaranthaceae, with the aim of the project being to complete a treatment of the family for the Flora of Australia. A revision of the genus Gomphrena has been published, with work almost complete on Amaranthus and underway in Alternanthera.
