  Thallus granular-dispersed to evanescent, yellow or greenish grey to grey. Apothecia common, to 1.2 mm wide; disc dull, flat to convex, darker yellow than exciple; exciple entire to subcrenate, persistent, not granular or sorediate, yellow-orange; hymenium to 70 µm tall. Asci 37–55 × 12.5–15 µm. Ascospores 8 per ascus, oblong to ellipsoidal, straight or curved, 13–19 × 5–6.5 µm.
  A cosmopolitan species found on limestone; occurs in N.S.W., A.C.T., Vic. and Tas.
